EZ-Listings communicates with the MLS to import all of your listings every day, as well as any pictures that accompany the listings. This is done via IDX, or Internet Data Exchange. It allows agents to display each others listings.

In addition to your personal listings, all available MLS listings will be added to your site too. This allows your prospects to search the entire MLS from YOUR website.
